Contentstack is looking for a highly motivated APAC Business Development Representative to join our growing marketing team in Australia! In this role, you will help to support our teams by creatively prospecting and proactively reaching out to new customers. You will be vital in building pipeline and revenue for the company. You will be selling predominately to decision-makers in IT and Marketing and must be known to get creative in your messaging. WHAT REALLY GETS US EXCITED ABOUT YOU?

  • 2-4 years of prior inbound/outbound sale development experience

  • Some travel may be required (mainly within Australia, 1x a year to the US)
  • Located in the Sydney area to join team outings (you will work remotely most of the time, but there are options to come together as a team)

    Salary range for this role is AUD $90,000-$100,000 annually based on skill set and experience. NOTE: The offer will be a one year contract that can convert to an indefinite contract after evaluation.
Responsibilities
  • Grow the Contentstack customer list by identifying qualified sales meetings through prospecting via phone and email - phone is our primary outreach method
  • Partner with our account executive to strategize and penetrate named accounts (up to 150)
  • Conduct high-level conversations and build relationships with senior and mid-level executives in assigned accounts and territories
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing on projects, events and campaigns to help drive revenue growth
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas (qualified meetings to pipeline) and daily KPI’s of 100+ calls/activities
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM and additional sales enablement tools to be more productive (Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.)
