THE OPPORTUNITY

We grew our revenue by 2x this year and have been building a world-class sales org to help us scale in 2025 and beyond. As we scale even further, we’re building a world-class sales team and are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Representative to accelerate our footprint in the ANZ market. This role is ideal for self-starters who excel at outbound prospecting and thrive in fast-paced environments. You will be instrumental in landing new accounts, driving revenue growth, and expanding our footprint within their region.
As a BDR, you’ll be reporting to the Sales Director or team manager, while working closely with your peers, AEs, and cross-functional stakeholders. Process, efficiency, and tenacity will be critical to our/your success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively build a pipeline and partner with our sales rep to close.
  • Consistently deliver on SQL targets by executing outbound sales activities, within your target geos and ideal customer profiles.
  • Leverage our tech stack (Linkedin Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Salesforce) to reach prospects.
  • Touch a minimum of 600 leads per month.
  • Deliver a minimum of 50 outbound sequences per day.
  • Schedule 10-20 demos per month.
