Apeiron Media, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team in our office in Dublin 2!

Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and Outreach: Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and reaching out to potential clients through email and social media platforms.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and identify potential clients who align with our ideal customer profile, ensuring a steady pipeline for the sales team.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for the sales team to present our solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies and contribute to the overall sales process.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead statuses in our custom CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting goals, contributing directly to team success.
  • Learning and Growth: Continuously learn about our products and the sales process to grow your sales skills and advance your career.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Passion for Sales: A strong desire to build a career in sales, with an eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with potential clients.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while being part of a team.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection, adapt to new strategies, and stay motivated through challenges.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort using CRM software and basic sales tools (SalesNav, or similar).
  • Experience: Previous experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role is a plus but not required. We’re happy to train the right person!
    You will be working directly with the Managing Director for the duration of your probation period, learning every skill necessary to be successful on our team. A full and comprehensive training program along with ongoing advice will happily be provided!
