DESCRIPTION

Your primary focus in this role is to sell AVA or our Website + AVA package — the entry point that positions us to grow the client relationship. Once the initial solution is in place, you will explore additional opportunities to enhance the client’s marketing results with services such as Video Content Creation, Paid Advertising, SEO Support, or more advanced Website Design and Development.
This role involves proactive prospecting, securing new accounts, and managing those relationships over time to ensure clients stay engaged and are introduced to additional solutions as their needs evolve.
We’re looking for driven, confident, and resilient individuals who are passionate about helping businesses succeed in the digital space. An understanding of marketing and AI is a strong asset, but what matters most is your ability to connect with decision-makers, build trust, and deliver measurable results.
Base Salary: $50,000/year + uncapped commission

Responsibilities
  • Prospect new customers daily to build your account base
  • Present and sell AVA or our Website + AVA package as the foundation of the client’s marketing strategy
  • Follow up with warm leads using our proven multi-touch follow-up system
  • Secure accounts and manage client relationships for future cross-selling
  • Identify opportunities for additional services such as Video Content Creation, Paid Advertising, SEO, or further Website Development
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover marketing challenges and business goals
  • Track all activity and opportunities in the CRM
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and product/service training
