Key Responsibilities Market Research & Strategy: Conduct analysis of market trends, competitors, and industry shifts to identify growth areas and unmet needs. Lead Generation & Outreach: Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential clients and partners. Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms for new business deals and partnerships. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for entering new markets or launching new products/services. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and support growth initiatives. Performance Monitoring: Track business development activities, analyze data, and report on progress towards goals. Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Management or any related field Minimum 2+ years of experience. Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and nurture professional networks. Data analysis and forecasting skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
