JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on generating leads for our clients new and innovative Locker program by conducting phone outreach to potential program partners across the US. You will manage incoming leads, support the sales team, and help improve sales processes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a new product/program.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify partner locations within the assigned territory, evaluating their suitability for pickup and return services based on customer traffic and accessibility.
  • Sell the product to prospected and qualified apartment complexes in the region.
  • Manage the flow of incoming leads.
  • Create and maintain sales reports.
  • Analyze lead data, conversion rates, and cost of leads.
  • Work as a liaison with other groups in the company to help improve sales processes.
  • Establish strong in-person relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner locations, presenting the benefits of becoming a pickup and return point.
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding package pickup and return processes, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues that arise.
