The Opportunity - We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us drive lead growth through strategic local partnerships. This role is 100% commission-based with the freedom of remote work. Instead of selling water systems, you’ll focus on connecting with local businesses, forming partnerships, and creating consistent homeowner lead flow for our free water test program.

Responsibilities
  • Cold call and connect with local businesses from provided lists (and self-sourced opportunities)
  • Secure partnerships with business owners/managers to generate homeowner leads
  • Position our free water testing program as a value-add for their customers or clients
  • Maintain consistent outreach activity to build a pipeline of quality lead sources
  • Track conversations, activity, and results in company CRM tools
  • Collaborate directly with the Marketing Manager to align strategy and improve results
