In this role, you'll work directly with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them discover innovative solutions that support their growth and success. Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to take the next step in your professional career, we provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to help you succeed. What You'll Do Prospect and engage small and medium-sized businesses through outbound outreach. Identify key decision-makers and develop meaningful business relationships. Present TELUS business solutions tailored to client needs. Schedule appointments and conduct professional sales consultations. Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity. Follow up with prospects and nurture long-term business relationships. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and performance targets. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. What We're Looking For Full-time availability (Monday to Friday). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Previous B2B or direct sales experience is considered an asset.
