We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and drive growth by introducing our solutions to key decision-makers.

LEAD QUALIFICATION AND HANDOFF:

  • Qualify leads based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT) methodology.
  • Collaborate with AEs to ensure the seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems, tracking engagement and pipeline progression.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Minimum of 3 years of BDR experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Experience working with North American (NA) markets preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a performance-driven sales environment.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. As an outbound-focused professional, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and creating opportunities for Account Executives (AEs). This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of software sales dynamics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPROSPECTING AND LEAD GENERATION:

  • Research and identify potential clients through advanced market analysis using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.ai, Lusha, and CRM platforms.
  • Develop and prioritise strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
  • Build contact lists, enrich lead data, and maintain accurate CRM records.
