QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (we will train you!).
  • A positive attitude and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a critical role in our sales process. You’ll work closely with the sales team and be the first point of contact for potential clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Calling inbound leads to engage and qualify prospects based on their business funding needs.
  • Following up with leads via phone, email, or text to nurture relationships and keep prospects engaged.
  • Collecting required documents (e.g., bank statements, applications) from potential clients to facilitate underwriting.
  • Introducing qualified leads to closers, ensuring a smooth handoff for closing deals.
  • Learning about our financial products and services to better educate prospects and answer their initial questions.
  • Accurately logging all interactions in our CRM system and keeping lead data up-to-date.
