ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This is a great entry point into tech sales and perfect for someone who wants to kickstart their career by learning the ropes of outbound prospecting, qualification, and lead generation.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping identify companies that would benefit from HRLocker and sparking their interest in a conversation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and research ideal customer profiles
  • Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book discovery meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with marketing on campaign follow-up and lead nurturing
  • Track and manage activity in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Stay up to date with HRLocker’s product and positioning so you can speak confidently with prospects
