The opportunity Are you an experienced SDR/BDR looking to elevate your career? We are seeking a relentless and talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our pipeline growth. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage team, work directly with leadership, and sell a product that solves a massive pain point for CFOs. Responsibilities Identify and research US potential accounts within the ideal customer profile to achieve pipeline goals. Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and map them to Nilus solutions. Communicate our value proposition and product benefits in line with company messaging. Engage prospects by phone, LinkedIn, email, video, and other sales & marketing tools to generate new interest and new business potential. Work with GTM operations tools (such as Clay, Lemlist and Nooks) and update lead activity in CRM & relevant platforms. Experiment with new strategies, analyze what’s working, and share feedback. Collaborate with AE and GTM teams to refine strategies, optimize sales processes and manage reporting. Requirements 1-2 years experience as an SDR/BDR at B2B SaaS companies, with preference to fintechs. Fluency in English at a first-language level - a must! Based in Nashville or NYC (preferred) - remote okay - but has the ability to work all US hours.
