SUMMARY
Brivo, a global leader in cloud-based access control and smart space solutions, is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Bilingual Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing EMEA global accounts team. This hybrid role, based in Amsterdam or London, focuses on developing new business within our German (DACH) and Benelux markets. The position’s responsibilities will balance external customer relationship management activities with internal support of daily sales operations.
The ideal candidate is a motivated and self-directed entry-level professional who brings a passion for technology, a consultative sales approach, and a proven ability to drive new business. The successful candidate will build relationships with prospects, develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns, and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
The compensation package for this full-time position offers a base salary of €40,000 - €45,000 per annum (with on-target earnings of €52,000 - €62,000). Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. In addition to cash compensation (base salary and, where applicable, incentive or overtime pay), Brivonians may be eligible for a benefits and perks package tailored to their work location.
