As we enter an accelerated growth phase, we are seeking a highly motivated and business-savvy professional to join our team and help expand our client base in the Greater Orlando region.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a critical role in driving new client acquisition and revenue growth for Embroidery Plus Promotions. This is a high-impact, field-based sales position focused on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across a defined territory.
Ideal candidates will exhibit a relentless hunter’s mentality, entrepreneurial drive, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Whether you have direct B2B sales experience or come from a results-oriented background in customer-facing industries, you must demonstrate a proven ability to proactively generate leads, build relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
This role reports directly to the VP of Salesand offers a high degree of autonomy, visibility, and financial upside.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and community engagement initiatives
  • Conduct consultative, in-person meetings to understand client branding needs and propose tailored product solutions
  • Develop and manage a personal pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and deal progression
  • Collaborate with internal operations to ensure accurate quoting, seamless onboarding, and timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activity using CRM tools; manage sales metrics and reporting with discipline
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Represent Embroidery Plus at industry events, trade shows, and local networking functions as a brand ambassador
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
