ABOUT US:

We are a 50-year-old signage company based in Toronto, providing high-quality signage solutions to a diverse clientele, including residential and commercial builders, developers, and property managers. As we expand across Ontario, we are seeking a Business Development Representative to build and grow our builder and developer client base.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the signage, construction, or building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Ontario.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with builders, developers, and contractors across Ontario.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking to schedule meetings with decision-makers.
  • Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and builder association meetings to promote our services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to builder clients.
  • Work with the estimating and production teams to provide timely and accurate quotes.
  • Track all activities in CRM, maintaining up-to-date pipeline reports.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
