REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) is required
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms and CRM systems
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify decision-makers
  • Resilience and positive attitude when facing rejection
  • Understanding of software development concepts and digital transformation (preferred)

Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative (BDR) at Builder.ai will focus primarily on outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads for our AI-powered app development platform. This role is crucial in expanding our customer base by identifying and engaging potential clients who could benefit from our no-code app development solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resilient individual who excels at starting conversations and creating opportunities in new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, social media, and other channels
  • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers within specified industries or territories
  • Create personalized outreach messages that highlight Builder.ai’s value proposition
  • Qualify prospects based on established criteria and business needs
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives with qualified prospects
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for outbound activities and qualified opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in CRM
  • Gather market intelligence and feedback to refine outbound strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing to leverage campaigns and content in outreach efforts
  • Stay current on Builder.ai products, competitor offerings, and industry trends
