JOB SPECIFICATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the finance or lending sector
• A strong sense of sales acumen with a focus on closing deals
• Previous experience in sales or finance, with a track record of success
• High level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn

• Make 120+ outbound calls per day to potential clients
• Identify businesses in need of financial support and introduce them to our merchant cash advance products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage and update client information in CRM systems
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
