We are growing quickly and are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a commission-only role, ideal for someone entrepreneurial who thrives on results and is passionate about health, wellness, and corporate culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and reach out to corporate clients, universities, and schools to introduce OHA’s wellness services.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads through outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Present and pitch wellness solutions to HR teams, People & Culture leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Close deals and grow revenue through tailored B2B partnerships.
  • Represent OHA Wellness with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently.
  • Interest in wellness, health, and employee engagement programs.
  • Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with no cap on earnings.

Compensation
