Description

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive Business Development Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. If you thrive on connecting with people, generating leads, and working in a fast-paced sales environment, this could be the perfect fit.
We’re offering 20 hours per week, ideally working 4 hours per day (between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday), but we’re flexible for the right person.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a BDR, you’ll play a vital role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Using a mix of outreach strategies, you’ll engage with prospects, understand their challenges, and help fuel the sales pipeline by delivering high-quality leads.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify target customers using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and more.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Use SalesLoft to execute and monitor outreach and follow-up efforts.
  • Respond to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and the company website.

Lead Qualification:

  • Understand customer needs and pain points through discovery conversations.
  • Qualify prospects using our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.
  • Pass qualified leads to the sales team with clear context and insights.

Outreach & Engagement:

  • Execute outbound calls and personalised emails.
  • Use social selling on LinkedIn to initiate and build relationships.
  • Balance cold outreach with warm lead follow-ups.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with the rest of the Sales and Marketing team to align messaging and approach.
  • Maintain accurate lead data in HubSpot.
  • Share weekly and monthly activity updates with the Marketing Director.
