QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 6 months’ experience in high call volume sales role.
• Skilled in building relationships and working together in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

• Build relationships with prospective customers in a fast-paced environment to produce profitable business leads.
• Gather information on sales leads to identify potential value before collaborating with Outside Sales Representative to close the sale.
• Monitor and manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM system to track progress, following each lead from conception to completion.
• Assist sales team with calendar management to schedule customer appointments and follow through with confirming all appointments.
• Use product knowledge and sales skills to explain and upsell products, establishing positive relationships before turning over to OSR.
• Perform other duties to support sales team as needed.
