MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Initial experience in sales, prospecting, or customer relations.
  • Bilingual in English and German.
  • A degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, marketing, management, or communications is a plus.
  • Interest in the Legal Tech and SaaS industries is an advantage.
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

Your primary objective is to generate qualified appointments that convert into sales opportunities for Account Executives responsible for closing deals. Your impact is significant!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Align with Account Executives on prospecting strategies, creating effective BDR x AE tandems (cohesion and solidarity are key).
  • Conduct phone prospecting to secure a maximum number of appointments in a dynamic and challenging environment (war rooms, challenges, attractive incentives, etc.).
  • Complement phone prospecting with multi-channel campaigns (email and LinkedIn), developing strategies to optimize lead generation.
  • Conduct qualification calls and, in some cases, manage end-to-end sales deals in the mid-market/enterprise segment.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients by demonstrating genuine interest, empathy, and rapport.
