REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, and/or Retail.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient computer knowledge.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

Proactively generate new qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities.

  • Conduct a minimum of 100 outbound prospecting activities per day.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Utilize consultative phone skills to prospect large organizations, effectively communicating the value of our solutions and overcoming objections.
  • Conduct lead research on platforms like LinkedIn and maintain accurate and up-to-date lead contact information in CRMs.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of activities and log relevant information in the CRM.
  • Coordinate inside sales meetings and demos with prospects and the technical sales team, while effectively managing and documenting next steps
