POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver exceptional care and support to our patients. Based in our Richmond office, you will be reporting to your Team Leader while collaborating closely with our patient support team to ensure a seamless patient experience. You will be the first point of contact for new patients entering the clinic and will be responsible for growing the patient base through inbound and outbound activity.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Outreach & Patient Engagement: Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential patients, presenting easykind’s services.
Appointment Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate with patients to efficiently fill the calendar with bookings, ensuring optimal appointment scheduling.
Sales Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly to incoming inquiries, providing detailed information about easykind’s services.
KPI & Performance Tracking: Collaborate in setting and achieving key performance indicators related to patient onboarding and engagement, delivering 5 star service for our patient base.
Reporting & Administration: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and provide general administrative and operational support as needed.
