About The Role Are you a results-driven go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment? At Centrapay, we're on a mission to revolutionise alternative payments, reward, and loyalty. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you'll focus on generating leads, building relationships, managing a pipeline of opportunities and closing sales. The primary goal of a BDR is to drive revenue growth and expand Centrapay's customer base in the fast growing ecommerce space. What You'll Do Create and execute outbound merchant sales campaigns Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage a sales pipeline through to close Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and provide solutions aligned with Centrapay's offerings Convert leads into customers, and support the sales team in driving revenue growth Assist with pre-sales onboarding and post-sales support Maintain and update accurate customer and sales data 👀 Who we're looking for 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience in retail payments, ecommerce experience is a big plus Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer focussed mindset Self-motivated, goal orientated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support A solid customer-centric approach, and a passion for Sales Ideally you'll be based in Auckland 🚀 Why Join Us?
