WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

As a BDR, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by finding, landing and developing new accounts who can benefit from our manufacturing services as part of their production needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Consistently develop and nurture a pipeline of new business

• Implement action plans to land & expand existing accounts
• Identify new business opportunities by profiling prospective companies
• Achieve outbound calls, connects, pipeline, and close rate expectations
• Work closely together with our Project Managers, Application Engineers and Operations team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Be attuned to the industry landscape and market trends
