Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline—or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years in an SDR or inside sales role within B2B SaaS, AI, or Legal Tech; proven success in driving pipeline growth.
  • CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to simplify complex concepts.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable discussing AI-driven solutions; able to integrate technical understanding into prospect conversations.
  • Self-Starter: History of working autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

BONUS POINTS​

  • CLM Knowledge: Experience with, or strong familiarity of, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms is highly advantageous.
  • Past success in hitting or exceeding sales development KPIs in a growth-stage environment.
  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
