Description Job Title Business Development Representative (Behavioral Health Admissions) About the Role Join a growing behavioral health organization and drive admissions across a full continuum of care—from residential treatment to structured transitional living. Crownview Psychiatric Institute, in collaboration with Crownview Co-Occurring Institute, is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Representative to support growth for Experience Structured Living (ESL), our structured transitional living program. This role is best suited for candidates already working in behavioral health business development or admissions. This is a field-based position focused on outreach, relationship management, and driving consistent admissions. About Experience Structured Living (ESL) Experience Structured Living is a structured, staff-supported housing program designed for individuals transitioning from treatment into independent living. As part of the Crownview continuum of care, ESL focuses on accountability, life skills development, medication support, and real-world reintegration. We work closely with treatment providers, families, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless transition from higher levels of care. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with: Residential Treatment Centers (RTC) PHP/IOP programs Detox programs Therapists, interventionists, and case managers Conduct regular in-person outreach across Southern California Develop and manage a referral pipeline Follow up consistently with referral partners and incoming leads Collaborate with admissions and clinical teams to ensure appropriate placements Drive consistent admissions and census growth Qualifications Required: 2+ years in behavioral health, admissions, or business development Strong relationship-building and communication skills Highly organized with strong follow-up skills Ability to work independently in a field-based role Preferred: Existing referral network in Southern California Experience with RTC, PHP, or transitional living programs Understanding of levels of care and discharge planning Compensation Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 Performance-based bonus tied to admissions targets and program growth On-target earnings: $120K+ with strong upside for high performers Requirements Why Join Crownview / ESL Backed by an established and growing behavioral health organization High-impact role directly tied to program growth Strong earning potential with performance incentives Opportunity to build relationships across a full continuum of care Additional Requirements Must be able to travel regularly throughout Southern California Valid driver's license required How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief note describing your experience in behavioral health business development or admissions.
