Pure Logistics is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative who enjoys outreach, collaboration, and building lasting relationships—all while helping clients deliver exceptional projects in hospitality, senior living, and student housing. Compensation & Benefits: Compensation will consist of a base salary, plus commission. A successful candidate will earn $80 - $120k first year with the potential of earning over $200k annually. What You'll Do: Research, identify, and engage prospective clients including general contractors, purchasing agents, and property owners’ representatives. Build genuine relationships that help clients see Pure Logistics as a trusted partner for their FF&E logistics and project management needs. Drive new business opportunities in hospitality, senior living, and student housing, creating pipelines for projects of varying size and complexity. Collaborate closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and exceptional client experiences. Leverage digital tools (CRM, email, LinkedIn, calls) to manage outreach and relationship tracking in a structured, consistent way. What You Bring: Authentic relationship-building and active listening skills that open doors with decision makers. Strong B2B sales background, ideally with consultative or solution-based selling experience. High level of initiative and discipline to work independently in a remote environment. Curiosity and persistence—comfortable learning new industries and understanding client challenges. Experience in logistics, construction, or related industries a plus, but not required.
