Description

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive the growth of FIGS scrubs within the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and building relationships with healthcare organizations to sell our premium scrubs.

SALES QUALIFICATION & DISCOVERY:



    • Qualify B2B leads based on their potential for large-volume scrub purchases.

    • Conduct discovery calls to assess the needs of healthcare organizations and align FIGS solutions with their uniform requirements.

    PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & CONSULTATION:



      • Act as a resource on the value of premium FIGS scrubs tailored for healthcare professionals. Understand the various styles, fabrics and methods for delivering to our targeted customers ( Teams APP, bulk or gifting).

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • 2+ years as a top-performing Outbound B2B Sales Development Representative, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
      • Proven success in cold-called healthcare professionals or enterprises.
      • Proven track record of exceeding metrics, building pipelines and achieving sales quotas.
      • Experience creating and managing cold email campaigns to generate leads.
      • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to create new business opportunities.
      • Ability to understand healthcare needs and recommend appropriate FIGS solutions.
      • Strong attention to detail and follow-through in managing multiple accounts and activities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work without distraction in a home office.
      • Proficient with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesloft, PowerPoint, Slack and Zendesk, Salesloft, 6sense, Sendoso.
