For more information, please visit our website at www.finmo.net Job Description As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Finmo, you’ll be the first touchpoint in our GTM engine blending classic outbound prospecting with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) motions to engage high-value Finance, Treasury, and FinOps teams across global markets. You’ll research, engage, and qualify prospects, build personalized outreach programs, and collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to drive pipeline momentum. What You’ll Own 1. Prospecting & Outbound Engagement Identify and research ICP-fit accounts (Logistics, HR/Payroll, SaaS, Travel, F&B, Creator Economy) Build hyper-personalized outreach across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and events Leverage contextual triggers: funding rounds, FX inefficiencies, expansion, multi-entity complexity Maintain structured cadences across channels We value precision over noise. 2. Qualification & Discovery Conduct focused discovery conversations around treasury pain points, FX exposure, and cash visibility Apply MEDDIC / SPICED frameworks for clean AE handoff Prioritize opportunities based on urgency and impact 3. ABM Strategy & Execution Design and execute ABM playbooks for priority accounts Run multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering Craft micro-pitches and persona-specific messaging Contribute to content development with contextual insights from the field 4. Collaboration & Internal Alignment Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce) Track KPIs: Qualified Meetings, SALs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution Iterate on messaging based on performance insights Sync weekly with AEs and SEs to refine positioning 5. Reporting, Analytics & CRM Hygiene Maintain clean and organized CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) records. Track key KPIs: outbound activities, reply rates, qualified meetings, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. Analyze campaign and outreach performance to optimize targeting and messaging. As a BDR at Finmo, you’ll operate at the front of our GTM engine - blending structured outbound, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and consultative discovery. You will engage CFOs, Treasury Managers, Controllers, and FinOps leaders across global markets. We are looking for thinking operators, not activity trackers. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an adjacent field 3+ years of experience in a value-based sales model, preferably in IT Services & Consulting or SaaS industry. Ability to communicate value to senior-level executives and proven experience in building and sustaining strong strategic relationships Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills Ability to manage strategic, consultative selling tactics and techniques Ability to travel to client sites & industry events up to 40% of the time Additional Information Location: Bangalore, India based (On site) Thank you for your interest in pursuing a career with Finmo!
