Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Business Development Representative at Fleetwood, you’ll be part of a supportive sales team focused on growing our presence across new and existing markets. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, build relationships, and develop their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Working closely with experienced colleagues and internal teams, you’ll help identify business opportunities, prepare quotes and proposals, and contribute to delivering modular building solutions that meet client needs and align with Fleetwood’s strategic goals. You’ll be supported with training and guidance as you grow into the role and play your part in strengthening Fleetwood’s market presence.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE ARE:

  • Proactively source and follow up new sales leads to support Fleetwood’s market growth.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and contractors under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in preparing quotes, tenders, and sales proposals.
  • Support reporting on sales activity, pipeline, and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to help ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent Fleetwood at selected industry events and contribute to a positive, team-focused culture.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL DEMONSTRATE:

  • A strong commercial mindset, high energy, and a determined drive to deliver results.
  • Passionate about delivering customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computing skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Management of internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Detailed knowledge of building techniques and project sequence
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A disciplined approach to work – planning, action and follow up
