Description:
We’re Hiring a Microsoft Business Development Representative @ Selectcom Telecom!
As we expand in 2025, we’re looking for a Microsoft BDR to help our existing clients maximize the value of Microsoft 365 solutions. This role is all about building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving business growth with a trusted name in telecom and cloud solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with current clients to understand their business needs
- Identify opportunities to upgrade, expand, or optimize their Microsoft 365 solutions
- Educate customers on cost savings and productivity benefits
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions
- Drive revenue growth while ensuring top-tier client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer-first mindset – You prioritize building trust and long-term relationships
- Proven B2B sales experience – Ideally in tech, SaaS, or telecom
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions (a plus!)
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to make an impact

Pay: $35,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
