Responsibilities

HERE’S WHAT YOU’D DO:

The Business Development Rep is responsible for driving the company’s market growth and achieving profitable financial goals. This position focuses on meeting long-term strategic objectives by building key client relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and staying informed about current market trends. From prospecting to closing, the Business Development Rep manages the entire sales pipeline and is responsible for full-cycle sales of services. This role requires collaboration with internal teams such as operations, finance, and marketing to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with both prospects and existing clients.
  • Building trust-based professional connections with key decision-makers.
  • Planning daily activities, hitting specific benchmarks, and closing business deals.
  • Consistently logging activities into a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Communicating proactively with all decision-makers and stakeholders.
