Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT HAMMERTECH

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll partner closely with Account Executives to drive sales growth by prospecting strategic enterprise accounts, including new verticals like utilities and infrastructure. You’ll refine our pitch to enter new markets, set up meetings with potential clients, and build strong relationships with existing customers to identify expansion opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research new industries to identify and qualify leads in new verticals
  • Generate high-value pipeline within assigned Enterprise Accounts
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new prospects and determine next steps
  • Support outbound campaigns and lead generation efforts alongside Account Executives
  • Lead prospect meetings, manage introductions, follow-ups, and deliver high-level product demos when needed
  • Maintain active engagement with prospects and customers to create business development opportunities
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within existing accountsCollaborate with the team to meet company goals and targets
