We’re expanding our marketing team with a Business Development Representative (BDR) — a key role focused on qualifying and nurturing inbound leads into sales-ready opportunities. Our marketing team generates a steady stream of leads — you’ll engage them, build relationships, and determine which are ready for the next step: an IT infrastructure assessment with our Sales team. If you love connecting with people, asking smart questions, and helping solve real business challenges, this is your chance to make an immediate impact. What You’ll Do Follow up on inbound marketing leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualify interest and fit. Nurture relationships through consistent, professional communication that builds trust. Use HubSpot CRM to manage, track, and document all lead interactions. Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance. Use Guerrilla Marketing tactics to capture the attention of potential prospects. Collaborate with Sales to schedule meetings and hand off fully qualified leads. Understand Helion’s services and value proposition to communicate effectively with prospects. Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates. What You Bring 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead qualification (B2B preferred). Exceptional communication skills — professional, clear, and confident on calls and in writing. Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar tools to manage and track outreach. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Working knowledge of the Cyber Security industry. Naturally curious and motivated to learn about technology and business challenges. Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment. Preferred: Experience in IT services, MSPs, Cyber Security or the automotive industry.
