POSITION SUMMARY

Hexafusion Canada Inc. is seeking a proactive and professional Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth for our AI-powered IT services and automation solutions.
This role involves high-volume outreach, client engagement, and sales pipeline support for AI IT services, managed cybersecurity, and automation products.
You will collaborate with our leadership and technical teams to deliver compelling presentations, generate qualified leads, and support the full pre-sales process.
This is a client-facing role. The BDR is expected to attend and participate in virtual and in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers. This includes leading or supporting product demonstrations, discovery calls, and consultative sales conversations. Candidates must be comfortable presenting our solutions in front of clients and working closely with technical leads during such sessions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and virtual channels to schedule discovery calls with potential clients.
  • Represent Hexafusion in virtual and in-person client meetings, product demos, and webinars as a client-facing sales representative.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and sales proposals to business owners and IT decision-makers.
  • Assist with writing quotes, responding to RFPs, and submitting formal proposals.
  • Maintain CRM records, outreach logs, and lead status updates in HubSpot.
  • Coordinate bid submissions and ensure proposal accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns and sales content.
  • Help maintain a professional and engaging social media presence across LinkedIn and related platforms.
  • Attend meetings on MSTeams, Zoom or in person with support from technical team leads, presenting our services to business decision-makers.
  • Follow through after initial contact to support sales hand-off, demo scheduling, and proposal coordination.
