We’re expanding our reach in the Bedford area and looking for a Business Development Representative to help us grow our mission—delivering exceptional care through meaningful relationships:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
  • 2+ years in healthcare sales (home care, hospice, or home health experience preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and goal-setting skills.
  • A self-starter with a heart for service and a head for strategy.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
  • Be the face of Right at Home in Bedford—building and nurturing referral relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, and physicians.
  • Educate the community about our services: companion care, personal care, and specialized care for seniors.
  • Drive growth through strategic outreach, marketing, and in-person visits.
  • Represent us at health fairs, community events, and industry gatherings.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and pipeline activity.
