Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to generate qualified leads. Engage decision-makers, uncover business needs, and position SaaS/Tech solutions effectively. Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Book qualified meetings for Account Executives to move deals forward. Use modern sales enablement tools (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo) to increase efficiency. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and target accounts. Consistently hit or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs. 1–3 years’ experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) within SaaS/Tech/MarTech industries. Proven ability to manage high call volumes (80–100+) daily while maintaining quality conversations. Strong track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation and meeting-booking quotas. Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and sales prospecting tools. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), with a confident phone presence.
