Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven experience in B2B SaaS sales to join a high-performing outbound team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers within target companies, generating qualified leads, and booking high-value meetings for Account Executives. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach) targeting B2B SaaS buyers and decision-makers Identify and qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas Generate and book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot Personalize outreach messaging to resonate with B2B tech audiences and improve conversion rates Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and pipeline strategies Consistently meet or exceed KPIs including outreach volume, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution Stay informed on SaaS industry trends, competitors, and evolving buyer needs 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-growth SaaS environment Strong research skills with the ability to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers Experience selling into US and/or UK markets is highly preferred Fluent in English (spoken and written) 🌎 Fully remote role with flexible working hours 🚀 Work with high-growth international companies 📈 Clear career progression to Account Executive and beyond 🎯 Performance-based bonuses and incentives 🤝 Direct hire with global clients (not outsourced) 🧠 Ongoing training, mentorship, and sales development support
