Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads Book discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team Develop a deep understanding of the company’s data and infrastructure offerings Research target accounts and personalise outreach for key decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of Data, etc.) Track and manage leads and activities through CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce) Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to improve messaging Maintain accurate records and regularly report on KPIs and conversion rates 1–2 years of SDR or BDR experience in the Data or Infrastructure industry Proven track record with cold calling and outbound lead generation Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise IT solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working full-time from a downtown Toronto office (5 days/week) Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment 💰 Competitive base salary based on skillset and experience 🏙️ In-office culture with hands-on coaching, team events, and professional development 🚀 Be part of a high-growth tech company at the forefront of enterprise innovation 📚 Ongoing training and certifications in cloud, data, and infrastructure technologies 📈 Clear career path into AE roles or technical sales positions
