The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the driving force behind generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. Your focus will be on cold calling, lead generation, and setting qualified meetings to fuel the sales or recruitment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 120 to 150 cold calls per day to prospective clients or candidates across targeted industries.
  • Secure 5 qualified meetings per week for the account management or recruitment team.
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels.
  • Engage prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm, representing the Impact brand.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and refine outreach efforts.
  • Demonstrate patience and persistence, following up consistently to convert leads into opportunities.
