Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers within target organizations. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through outreach techniques such as cold calling, emailing, and networking. Conduct effective needs analysis and follow-up with potential clients to address their specific business challenges. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies and campaign effectiveness. Present company offerings to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value our services can deliver. Track, analyze, and report on sales activities and outcomes using CRM software. Participate in industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to represent iOPTIME and promote our brand. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts and products. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets. Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software for tracking and reporting purposes. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. What We Offer Base Salary £2,200/month + Uncapped 10% Commission on all closed deals. OTE: £55,000+ per annum. Remote work flexibility with occasional client visits. Opportunity to work with a growing team in the Salesforce ecosystem. Performance-based contract renewal.
