Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on generating pipeline and booking meetings with decision-makers in the IT solutions and consulting space. You’ll focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting discovery calls for Account Executives. If you have a background in B2B tech sales, lead generation, or IT consulting outreach, this role offers a clear pathway to grow into an Account Executive position. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls targeting IT Directors, CIOs, and CTOs. Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain organized outreach activity using HubSpot CRM and other sales tools. Book and schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives. Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and messaging. Track pipeline metrics, meeting ratios, and conversion data to meet performance targets. 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation, in IT consulting, cloud solutions, or managed services. Comfortable doing high volume cold calling (100+) Fluent in English (verbal & written). Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus. Proficient with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email sequencing tools. Strong understanding of IT concepts (e.g., cybersecurity, networking, cloud migration). Excellent communication and time management skills.
