Our midsize and dedicated ERP consulting team specializes in helping small-to-medium size companies select and adapt enterprise software and business systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Resource Management (HRMS) and IT services. As a Sage business partner, servicing the Greater Toronto Area, we support the evaluation and implementation of ERP, CRM and HRMS systems, ensuring high return on investment and ensuring a quick and painless transition to new software.

SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably as a BDR or in a similar role.
  • The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of the sales process and great listening skills
  • Up-to-date on today’s solutions/technology
  • Self-starter who will take the initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • The capacity to work well within a team environment
  • Negotiating skills
  • Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Generate Leads - Cold Calling / Other Media.
  • Contact potential customers via phone, email, and social media.
  • Attending to prospective clients from initial sales meetings throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • During need analysis, gather customers’ requirements and determine the best-fit solution.
  • Must be able to respond to clients’ inquiries and technical questions.
  • Presenting your findings to our technical team in order to set up a salutation. Presentation based on our prospective client’s requirements.
