ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Jubo Health, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth efforts—identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads within the long-term care sector across North America. Your goal: build a high-quality pipeline for our Account Executives by connecting with decision-makers, understanding their challenges, and introducing how Jubo can help. This is strictly an outbound lead role.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a career in tech sales, especially within the healthcare industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media to long-term care facilities in both Canada and the United States.
  • Qualify outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team of four Account Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on territory strategy and handoffs.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect information.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meetings set.
