OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a background in B2B sales, marketing, or technology sales. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Compensation is boosted by a generous commission structure and bonus plan.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or digital marketing sales is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to set meetings effectively.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Background in digital marketing or telemarketing is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
