We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team and lead the charge in connecting local and regional businesses with powerful out-of-home (OOH) advertising solutions. Position Summary The Business Development Representative will Prospect and engage new clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings. Manage a robust sales pipeline and follow up on leads to keep deals moving. Understand client marketing goals and craft tailored billboard and OOH advertising strategies. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that win business. Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain and grow existing accounts through renewals and upselling opportunities. Collaborate with designers and operations to ensure campaigns look great and run flawlessly. Stay ahead of market trends and industry best practices to position our solutions competitively. Perform similar or related duties as required or assigned. Requirements Required Education and Experience High school diploma (or equivalent) is required. Two years in sales or business development, or related experience preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Intermediate knowledge and skill of: Microsoft Windows environment Internet browsers Outlook Microsoft Excel Additional qualifications: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines under pressure. Ability to manage a heavy inbox workload efficiently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to follow instructions. Willingness to travel long distances via automobile. Understanding of basic media planning terminology and concepts is a plus. Knowledge of Out of Home Dictionary or willingness to learn is a plus.
