YOUR PROFILE

  • 1-3 years Business Development experience in a quota carrying position, ideally at SaaS selling software companies
  • Experience with outreach such as cold calling and emailing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and highly motivated to develop your sales skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, buyer-intent software, or outreach tools (big plus)

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is excited to join our Business Development team in the Benelux and UK area. To help set you up for success, our internal and external experts and our specially developed sales talent factory will help you develop step-by-step towards becoming a SaaS sales expert.

  • Book sales appointments by creating various outreach strategies to target decision-makers in our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Deliver a message to build an effective and efficient way to do business; planning, forecasting, modeling and budgeting.
  • Use a variety of buyer-intent tools to research prospects and tailor your outbound messaging to the relevant persona/account.
  • Identify leads from inbound marketing campaigns (webinars, whitepapers) and qualify these into sales opportunities
  • Follow predetermined cadences to maximize outreach success
  • Working closely together with Marketing/Sales in order to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales metrics
