Responsible for promoting and selling Forterro’s products and services, via telephone, to potential / and sometimes existing customers and for digital / inside selling to both new and existing customers, engaging at all stages of the buyer’s journey, through digital applications.
Responsibilities
Activities include: responding to customer-initiated calls to activate a service, request a product/service change, resolve a product/service or billing issues liaising with Forterro Finance teams as required, selling targeted products/services as part of the customer-initiated interaction, initiating calls to potential customers from a list of provided leads including, existing customers targeted for cross/up sell, prior customers and/or potential new customers.

Clearly articulate the value proposition of your ERP SaaS solution to potential clients, Understand the aspects of the ERP software, Provide excellent service to build long-term relationships with clients.
