Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) (m/w/d) at remberg, you will play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline. Acting as the first point of contact for potential customers, you will introduce leads to our software solution. With direct collaboration alongside our Team Lead Sales Development, Head of Go-To-Market, and experienced Account Executives, you’ll benefit from a structured onboarding process and gain the opportunity to take on full end-to-end ownership of potential customers as you grow in your career.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects of our AI-powered asset platform, guiding potential customers through critical steps of the lead journey—from initial outreach and discovery calls to comprehensive lead qualification with key stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and qualify new leads, target ideal customer profiles, engage decision-makers, and develop strategies to convert them into customers.
  • Advise potential customers by showing how remberg can optimize their industrial operations.
  • Share insights from customer interactions with our Product Team, contributing directly to the continuous improvement of the remberg solution.
  • Continuously identify growth and improvement opportunities related to our go-to-market strategy (e.g., customer outreach, understanding new market segments).
  • Take full ownership of your processes after completing a comprehensive onboarding phase supported by Account Executives, learning remberg’s product and professionalized sales processes in depth.
  • Collaborate closely with experienced Account Executives, the Team Lead Sales Development, and the Head of Go-To-Market, learning from them daily.
